General Shipping
Orders from Canva Originals are processed and managed by Harper + Scott doing business as (DBA) Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, LLC ("BDA", "BDA L.L.C." "we", "us" or "our") on behalf of Canva. Orders ship Monday – Friday. Please allow extra time for order processing (typically 1-2 business days). Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control. Contacting the carrier directly is the best way to get more insight into your package’s whereabouts and estimated delivery date.
Canva Originals and BDA are not responsible for any damage incurred to packages while in transit. We cannot refund or replace items that are lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged package containing damaged items, please file a claim with the shipping entity directly. If your order is lost please file a claim with the shipping entity directly.
We make every effort to ensure inventory is accurate to avoid running out of stock of items that are available for sale. However, in rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we will reach out via email to inform you, and you will be refunded for the cost of the affected item. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that have not yet been fulfilled due to pricing errors or the misuse of coupon codes or any order that does not otherwise adhere to our policies.
Flagged Fraudulent Orders: Any order flagged as potentially fraudulent will be cancelled. If you believe that your order was cancelled in error, please email canvaoriginals@harperandscott.com and we can work together to fulfill your ordering needs.
International Orders
We offer shipping through our shipping broker - shipping fees, along with customs duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
Please note that we are unable to fulfill orders to certain international destinations due to logistical limitations or regional sanctions. This includes, but is not limited to, countries currently subject to trade restrictions (such as Russia, Iran, or North Korea). Our shipping capabilities are subject to change. Please refer to the available options in the checkout menu for a definitive list of supported locations.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates for international orders. Please allow a few extra business days from your expected delivery date for any local clearance procedures, such as customs inspections.
Shipping Multiple Orders
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately. However, if you have questions regarding shipping fees for multiple orders, please contact customer service at canvaoriginals@harperandscott.com.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Address Changes
We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order. For questions or concerns regarding an order, please contact our customer service team canvaoriginals@harperandscott.com.
