Returns

Orders from Canva Originals are processed and managed by Harper + Scott doing business as (DBA) Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, LLC ("BDA", "BDA L.L.C." "we", "us" or "our") on behalf of Canva

We make every effort to accurately describe the products we sell and to inspect them before packing. All Canva Originals sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason, including wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. 

In the unlikely event that merchandise was damaged during shipment, please do not open or use the items until the carrier can inspect the shipment and a claim can be submitted.

Canva’s Happiness Guarantee does not extend to Canva Originals purchases. 

Refunds 

We will only issue a refund or provide a replacement item if your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for general dissatisfaction with the product. To report a lost or damaged order, please contact us at canvaoriginals@harperandscott.com with your order number and details. We will assess your claim and, if approved, process a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement. 

Upon receiving your order:

  • If the packaging appears damaged, please notify us immediately at canvaoriginals@harperandscott.com

  • Check the contents of your package and verify that you received what was ordered against the confirmation email.

  • Retain all packaging materials if items are damaged or missing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at canvaoriginals@harperandscott.com.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. All Canva Originals sales are final. Please ensure you select the correct size and color before placing your order.

Discounted Items

Discounted/Sale items do not qualify for refunds except in cases of loss or damage in transit, as outlined aboveAll discounted/sale purchases are final sale.
